For a commission, it helps to include:

Project type and audience (series, short, song, promo, YouTube)
Deliverables (character sheets, expressions, storyboards, panel count or runtime)
Schedule and a budget range
Script, references or a link to the existing production

Replies within a few working days, in Korean or English.
