똘똘이 Nursery Songs

2020

Three song videos boarded from lyrics alone, commissioned via Cheesecake

In 2020 Subin Yu (유수빈) storyboarded three nursery-song videos for the preschool IP 쫑알쫑알 똘똘이 through the studio Cheesecake, composing the scenes and actions from the lyrics alone.

Storyboard page: germ characters crawl on a hand, a character winks and waves, a zoom-out gag.
Hand-Washing Song, page 4.

There was no script, only the lyrics and a reference track. Each song had to become a run of scenes that a toddler can follow and a 2D team can animate. The hand-washing song turns germs into characters. The camera notes (zoom in, zoom out) and cut IDs are on the pages.

One page is shown here. The finished videos are public on the channel.
